Our Personalised Process:
Step 1: Parent Consultation
A telephone consultation to discuss your family’s requirements, outline goals, and agree on tuition frequency and start date.
Step 2: Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaire
Completion of a short questionnaire to help us understand your child’s needs, strengths, and areas for support.
Step 3: Lesson 1 – Connection & Informal Assessment
An introductory session to build rapport with your child and carry out an informal assessment. For some children, depending on their individual SEN profile, this may take place across a number of sessions.
Step 4: Bespoke Learning Plan
A tailored plan is created, focusing on your child’s learning style, interests, and goals.
Step 5: Six-Weekly Feedback Review
Informal review with parents/carers to share progress, celebrate achievements, and refine strategies.
Step 6: Updated Plan
A new plan is developed every six-ten weeks to ensure learning remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
